Mushroom, Asparagus, Spinach, Alfredo Omelette

Gently sauté your filling in butter: agaricus white mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, asparagus, spinach, salt, lemon pepper
Start the two eggs in separate pans
Start the 2 eggs in separate pans
Have your alfredo sauce ready
Place the first egg onto the plate and scoop fillings on top
Flip the final egg over the filling
Served on the plate!
